Working Conditions / Labour Standards

We use the Code of Labour Practice drafted by the Joint Initiative on Corporate Accountability and Workers' Rights as our definition of 'good working conditions'. The Code is based on International Labour Organisation (ILO) Conventions and covers:

  • Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining
  • Forced labour and Child labour
  • Child Labour
  • Non-discrimination
  • Wages and working hours
  • Health and Safety
  • Employment Relationship
  • Abuse and harrassment
We do everything we can to support our suppliers in their efforts to improve working conditions. We understand that change and improvements don't happen overnight no matter how much we want them to.
