Dedicated to ECO-CHIC: A department store & more

We thought, "if only there was a department store where every collection on offer had the highest possible eco credentials. Where fairly made, organic and recycled products sat side by side, beautifully crafted and desirably chic".

So, we set out to create just this and have filled it with over 80 of the best sustainable and fair brands from around the world. Adili's philosophy is both idealistic and simple: to bring you lovely, lifestyle things made beautifully, made fairly, and wherever possible, made from organic materials. We're working towards eco-perfection all the time – sometimes we reach it, sometimes we know there's a way to go. But we do everything in our power to get it right, closely monitoring supply chains, supporting suppliers, measuring and validating ethical credentials.

Ethics in Action: Our Own-Label & our projects
And then we thought, if we want to be sure everything is as ethical and inspired as possible, why not do it ourselves. Off the back of the success of our casualwear range, Ascension, we're applying the learning to our Own-Label. We've been busy - in India, Nepal, Turkey, Macedonia and Colombia – going back to the beginning; sourcing supply chains from scratch, managing cultural communication, investing a great deal of time, boundless energy and of course, money. Our Adili Own-Label collections are rich in traditional skills. We use the finest craftsmanship (and fair of course) and the best quality organic cotton and bamboo. The fashion, nightwear and home collections are beautiful, covetable and contemporary. They are living proof that you can unite great eco credentials and great style, and that making things with concern for the environment doesn't need to make them expensive.

Adili Own-Label is helping to make it a fairer, eco-world and we have other good projects on the go as well. Supporting Young Designers
We're committed to ethical and we're committed to cool. Having gone so far, we thought, why not go further? So we're nurturing and commercially supporting the very best young design talent. Together, with these young designers we hope to pioneer the new era of fashion - develop the next generation of the fashion industry to become more sustainable and ethically established. We want to give great young talent the chance to advance their careers by designing ranges for Adili, that promises to be a lovely fresh take on fashion – modern, innovative and utterly ethical.

The Adili Foundation: Making a real difference
And then there's the Adili Foundation. A portion of Adili shares have been set aside for the Adili Foundation. So buying from Adili helps grow The Foundation. The more we sell, the more money there will be to further support those wanting to make a difference in the ethical industry. We want to make a big difference, and you can help us make it.
